Plant Based/Vegetarian

We have been recently advised that El and her daughter Ava are considering a Plant Based diet.  This may be challenging as her husband Chris and daughter Sophie are appalled. Hopefully it will lead to some amazing new Plant Based dishes and not a family mutiny.
Note that the Plant Based items are labelled "PB".
