Curry

Curries are simply fun. All of the recipes have spice mixes made from scratch often with a combination of fresh and dried spice/herb components. We aim to create traditional flavour profiles with contemporary twists and incorporation of hidden veggies. 
We are currently attempting to persuade our Bank Manager (Jaya) to share some of her fabulous family curry recipes to add to our menu.
